100% cancellation fee if cancelled in less than 24hrs from appointment start time. If there is an emergency or unexpected event please contact the salon. Any appointment running 15+ minutes late will either be rescheduled (with a fee) or have their services adjusted in order not to compromise the flow of other clients’ appointments. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of estimated balance. •R E F U N D S• At Tidal, we understand things happen. We strive to have happy clients first and foremost. In an effort to maintain a positive relationship, and hair health, adjustments to a previously received service will be offered at no cost within no more than 14 days from service date. After 14 days, dependent on the service, there may be a fee, or a full price appointment made. Due to cost of labor and materials, Tidal Hair Loft does not issue refunds at this time.
